We are currently in the midst of swapping HR/H&S provider over to Bright. What can I say, so far exceptional. The platform is so much easier to navigate around. I'm not tech savvy at all and even for my competencies - It is easy, very user friendly. Still early days but so far, so good.
Having used a HRIS and similar systems before I am happy to say that Bright HR and Bright Safe has exceeded my expectations, I attribute this mainly to the on boarding team going above and beyond to finds solutions to my numerous and sometimes probably quite annoying questions, Charlie Butler's inexhaustible patience and willingness to answer my quieries deserves recgnonition, The system seems comprehensive, and it should be noted, anything it doesn't currently do you can request.
