I also recommend an adblocker like Adblock plus or a privacy browser like Brave to limit the amount they can learn about you when not in Private Mode. Add more gray man to your everyday web use. When I searched online I couldn't find an "industry standard" solution to this problem. What I ended up doing was using the popular tool PurgeCSS along with a quick Python script to generate the appropriate command.
