In addition to what other people are saying re: comedians and practicing, I've also found regularly doing a few rounds of Dual N-Back (or anything else that has me juggle multiple memories while working with logic, like leetcode or logic puzzles) almost magically bumps me up a tier on the banter-o-meter too. I've asked ChatGPT to create excel formulas for me, that's the extent of my experience here. As far as analyzing an actual spreadsheet data, I believe the beta OpenAI tool, code interpreter, can do that. I don't have access to that, however. I have more experience with PDFs.
