I will be visting Seoul but visting Busan for 6 days during the middle of my trip. I need to leave 2 large rolling luggages at or near Seoul station b/c Im taking KTX. I heard storage spaces lockers can be limited (and expensive) at the station. I found that some people use radicalstorage.com or usebounce.com but these locations are outside the station. You can also use Bounce to book a location to store your luggage for $7.50 including tax - these are stores that will take luggage. There are several places at Miami Beach where you could store a bag. Go to https://usebounce.com/ , plug in "Miami Beach", and see what works for you. I understand that year-round weather might be important factor for you. But I would still say that the fundament of nomad lifestyle (both historical and current) is following important patterns (of weather, animals, prices, interests...), so whether somewhere one of this factor is stable (year-round) is not so important when you are nomad, as you can harmonise your changing places with the change of these...
