My company instituted Bonusly and honestly its been great to have a system similar to what you are talking about. A way to give people 5-10 credits of recognition publicly so that it can add up to a $10 gift card after 10-20 "gifts" so far has been a great way to encourage each other to be helpful. Nice! I used https://wiki.systemcrafters.net/emacs/org-roam/ for a while but switched to LogSeq (https://logseq.com/) because org-roam was buggy.
