  My company instituted Bonusly and honestly its been great to have a system similar to what you are talking about. A way to give people 5-10 credits of recognition publicly so that it can add up to a $10 gift card after 10-20 "gifts" so far has been a great way to encourage each other to be helpful.   There are layers that offer access to native APIs like capacitor, cordova and nativescript. Apparently sometimes multiple of them should be used, but I didn't understand what are the differences even after reading the announcement.
