  • What makes you instantly question someone's intelligence?
If you want to see how you are doing personally, go to https://ground.news/blindspotter/twitter/ and put in your Twitter handle. If you are not getting at least 20% of your content from sources opposite to your political affiliation, then you are woefully ill-informed and are likely wrong about much of what you believe to be true. Easy site to look people up individually is blindspotter . I may have to go digging for that study on news consumption since a couple people are asking for it…. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • CMV: Reddit has an EXTREME liberal bias and it is very obvious
Not when you control for political affiliation. Conservatives tend to be more knowledgeable on controversial issues, partly because they also tend to consume news from sources on both sides. I know there was a study on the news consumption a while back; I’d have to go digging for it. There is also a site you can use with a tool called blindspotter that lets you type in someone’s twitter handle to see where they... Source: almost 2 years ago

  • How to increase traffic organically
Improve your website speed and mobile responsiveness. Google loves websites that load fast. Make sure your pictures aren't heavy. Use apps like TinyJPG. Use the right amount of animation because too much of anything is bad. Source: 8 months ago
  • I'm applying for Golden Visa through gdrfad.gov.ae but the PDF documents should be maximum 100 kB!
Extract the scanned image and resize to make it a bit smaller, then compress the images on tinyjpg.com, merge them all into one pdf file using smallpdf, finally compress the pdf file again on the same website. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Improving image performance on the web.
I'd say that a proper OR recommended approach towards optimizing images for the web is to manually compress them with compression tools like TinyJPG or Squoosh before uploading them to your favorite image CDN. Why? you'd ask me. - Source: dev.to / over 1 year ago
  • Work in progress, my Pathfinder 2e homebrew world map. Feedback appreciated
Oh and for the file size: compressing is usually better than resizing. And your image is a PNG which is much bigger in size than a JPG and you barely notice the difference. You can use https://tinyjpg.com/ or any proper image editor for good compression or even in Wonderdraft, you can (for sharing on Reddit) better export it as a JPG and at 80% or so.
