   Great Potential

   Utreon is still in the Beta phase as of June of 2021. So comparing it to Vimeo is like comparing a pedigree puppy to a full blown show dog. Utreon's strength is in its potential.

   👍 Pros:    Potential|Video quality|Sense of community

   👎 Cons:    Lack of features at this early stage|Slow response time due to small staff.|Some bugginess still to be worked out

  Ah, OK. I think you might as well use those suggested elsewhere in this thread. I sometimes go to Hyperion for classical downloads and Presto also have some high bitrate Jazz and rock available. Some independant physical media sellers also offer hi-res WAVs alongside mail order purchases. • How do you discover new titles ?

  Have you tried external sources? Look into the labels the music you like is released on and see what else they have. Or else go up one level and follow a distributor. That helped when the algorithm got stuck in a recommendation valley for me. Will completely depend on your taste but a crowd like https://bleep.com/ who are very eclectic are great for discovery.   Now that the dislike button has been removed, for anyone thinking now is a good time to leave YouTube, there’s a platform called Ultreon with a user interface very similar to YouTube’s, especially from 2014-2016ish, with almost none of the restrictions.
