Others = 4.7% I am quite surprised that Safari has the largest share. Is this due to popularity of iphone and Mac? TBH, I expected Chrome to win this battle with Firefox coming close second. The data is from User agent, so there is a possibility of minor errors. Also, most of the data is from the US. [1] https://blanq.io. - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago
This doesn't prove nothing, even because blanq.io isn't the most used link shortening and not everybody (probably 0.0000000000001% of the world population) have ever used a link shortner before plus you did not put sources. Source: over 1 year ago
Shameless plus, but you can use my service Blanq - for shortening, traffic routing and managing your links.... Link -> https://blanq.io. Source: almost 2 years ago
I have been running my SAAS solo for more than 2 years now. I would recommend joining some indie hacking communities to stay motivated. It is very easy to lose focus when results don's show up. Https://blanq.io/ - It's a platform to manage all your links. Basically, a marketing tool that allows you to shorten, track and customize your links. It's like Bitly(if you already know) but I have tried to make it better with 30 days of insights, traffic routing and a lot more. Great thing the platform supports custom domains so your short links look great and "branded". I would love to talk more about it if you... Source: over 2 years ago
Same, but a little more elegant is short.io. It's a link shortener, but with a $19/month plan you can add a ton of customization to your links. One of those being limit on clicks. Same problem here that the file is still hosted elsewhere and available if they happen to copy the URL from the address bar. Source: almost 1 year ago
Can I ask you how you have integrated short.io into your app? Via Zapier or API? Source: over 1 year ago
Just tried it and https://short.io only allows domains that end with specific TLDs (ICANN's list). So while nothing in Handshake is blocking the service, the service needs to loosen up the restrictions to be able to link handshake names. Source: almost 2 years ago
Https://short.io on their free tier you can make a smart link like listen.yourdomain.com that sends an apple mobile user to your podcast on iOS, an android mobile user to your podcast on google's podcast app, and a desktop/laptop browser to your website. Source: almost 2 years ago
Use conversion and link tracking (short.io is better than bitly). Source: almost 2 years ago
