The 7 Best Bitcoin Wallets That You Should Use For Storing BTC
I personally prefer hardware wallets like Ledger Nano X for storing a significant amount of bitcoins because of the high-security features. And I use desktop wallets to keep bitcoins which I am not using for daily transactions. So that whenever required, I can quickly connect my desktop wallet to the Bitcoin network and transfer bitcoins.

    > Is it in the Debian repos? Maybe. Try `apt-get bitcoin-cli` At least one place is to download from https://bitcoincore.org As with all binaries outside of package managers that handle signed verification, be sure to verify the signature. - Source: Hacker News / 10 months ago
  • How to Upgrade my bitcoin daemon?
Hello, I downloaded bitcoin core 25 from bitcoincore.org, but the only instructions I could find relating to the installation of the bitcoin daemon was on bitcoin.org (which seems to only offer up to bitcoin 22). Source: 11 months ago
  • verifying bitcoin core download
But if you check the link they posted, that's bitcoincore.org, not bitcoin.org That link is also the site that Bitcoin core on the releases page will link to as well. Source: 11 months ago
  • Verifying bitcoin core
I looked up the SHA256 hashfile of my download and it was not in the list that I found on bitcoincore.org. Is this a faulty software? Or is it just not in the list since I downloaded it from another site? Source: 12 months ago

  • Verify already installed LedgerLive?
However, if you did verify the hashes of the installer and downloaded it from ledger.com and then you were updating your app all the time, there is no risk for you and your Ledger Live should be genuine. Source: 5 months ago

  • Ledger from 3rd party
Should I be concerned because I bought Ledger device from authorised reseller from official ledger.com because it's a 3rd party? Been using fine for years (device genuine checked on ledger live and etc) and is authorised reseller from official ledger website ledger.com still 3rd party? Source: 9 months ago
  • Transfer funds to other hardwallet if Ledger Nano S is defect?
Presumably you still have the seedphrase? If so, you can buy a new Ledger and restore it (make sure you get the official version of Ledger Live from ledger.com only). You could also get a Trezor and put in the same seed phrase, but Trezor doesn't support that many coins, so you may get stuck for some coins. Source: 10 months ago
  • Nano X - Orange Box from Authorised Reseller from Ledger.com
I’ve received my Nano X from authorised reseller from ledger.com, not Amazon or third party. The box is in orange and black and the container is white. Is it normal? See attached. I know that ledger changed their packaging but I heard it was in black which is different to what I got. Can you confirm it is safe? Source: 11 months ago
