I recently got the Wavlink AX3000 mesh router to replace my service provided router so that I can set my own preferred DNS server (running Pihole on my Rasberry Pi). Since hooking up this router I've been seeing anywhere from 6-12 DNS queries per minute to bing.com of A and AAAA type. Every couple of years, I have to do background checks on everyone that I am working with for a contract. We usually use CheckR (they were Goodhire until they were bought out).
