Yes setting up a cron job, truenas might options on setting them up. Plenty of tutorials on how to setup a cron job to do weekly, monthly, yearly, hourly, minutes, seconds and etc. I use this website to generate the command itself. https://crontab-generator.org/ but truenas might already have options for those.
