The third-party integration makes the setup more complex, because you also need an account at the integration partner and configure the integration to get your form to end up in Google Sheets. US guy here (not a lawyer), definitely set up the company first and have written stuff in place for what each founder/dev gets. Team disagreements over a multi-sig or distribution can be a killer and are likely going to be your main issue.
