Basicana's answer
As a 10+ years of start up founder, I've always struggled to build a great, A Team. Basicana works to address that by helping founders build an A Team in budget. There are always skilled people available in the job market and the current tools aren't fair to them. They're biased in one way or another. So, I felt the need of creating a tool that is simple, easy-to-use and does the job right.
