   Go where your users are

   Apart from the survey-building, I have been using Qualaroo because it offers tons of different channels to deploy your surveys, and you can collect feedback from your users no matter where they are. There are also plenty of integration options to make the most out of the survey data.

   👎 Cons:    Working with some of the integrations can be a little tricky

   Not a fan of pricing, but I am here for the features!

   We wanted to collect feedback from the leaving customers, so we used surveys and triggers to show our pop-up as the visitors were about to leave the website. Through the branching logic, we were able to redirect some of the visitors to the right pages and stop them from leaving. The tool was handy, and I would recommend it.

   👎 Cons:    Pricing is the only drawback, i think. the features of the tool were good. so, i guess, if you can ignore the prices, you should try this tool.

   NPS survey in a few minutes

   Using Qualaroo, we have been able to quickly gauge the mood of our customers by deploying NPS surveys on our website. Users never mind filling out these NPS surveys regularly because they literally take just a click.

  If you want to lay it out, use something like Balsamiq first. Just wireframe it. You’ll be surprised how much better your last version is than your first version. Once you’re done, you can try to make a nice version in Figma. And then do the hard part and do the actual programming. Source: about 1 year ago

It's a word used in the UX Design community for high level, low detail design artifacts. • Best way to make mock ups for beginners

  Sounds like Photoshop is the wrong tool. For the wireframe stage, I'd go for something simple like Balsamiq. Otherwise, Adobe offers AdobeXD specifically for such mockups. I have quite a few friends who specialize in UX, and almost all of them live by Figma. Good luck! Source: almost 2 years ago
