Magentrix extends your CRM for partner relationship management (PRM) portals and customer portals.

PRM Portals: Indirect channel partners sell the most when they have access to the tools and information they need, when they want it. Let them securely and in a mobile responsive way be able to self-register, submit deals, access marketing and technical materials, training modules or learning paths with certification and more.

Customer Portals: Need to have customers log in and view or update their information? Self-service knowledge base with answers and log tickets? Consume documentation or download updates?

Magentrix can help. Most of our portals are up and running in days.

  • I am new to cloud and want to learn services by doing a project. I have tried several times but get stuck on several “how to” like how to do this, should I use service a or b etc and would need some guidance and hand holding. I will pay for your time if someone is willing to teach/coach a beginner.
Not sure what kind of tutorials you got stuck on but I find that a simple 'Hello world' is the best kind to start with while you learn the basics. Also for the money if it's in your budget I'd suggest just using AWS' premium support for one month. LINK. Source: almost 4 years ago
