My personal choice is SpiderOakONE, because, like rdiff-backup or Déjà Dup, it creates incremental backups. It uses zero-knowledge, which means that the data is encrypted before it even leaves my computer, so even the staff at SpiderOak are unable to view my data. Source: about 2 years ago

Online, offsite backups, using a zero-knowledge backup system. ("Zero-knowledge" means that the data is encrypted before leaving your computer, so it travels over the internet fully secure. As you are the only one with the decryption passphrase, not even the staff of the company can access your data.
