You can run I think three tasks simultaneously in the free version but you can get around that by creating a scheduling flow that starts other flows in a timed manner if you want. I had ideas to build an app, and made few 2 years ago or so. Indeed these technologies are great to start with. I would suggest going with Kodular.io or thunkable.com instead of appinventor.
