Long answer: this topic has been covered here many times, that Notion is just not a very advanced relational database. You can’t relate items from different databases unless you manually select a “relation” to another database (which requires the user to have permissions for that related database). Being a co-founder, I often have to wear lots of different hats and needed a way to better manage multiple identities in my browser. I don't get it either. I use wavebox, which as far as I can tell has all the same features as Arc, as well more features. It's stable, fast and built off chromium just like Arc.
