  Completely avoid. Each job/manager has a different style and will onboard you in their own "special" methods anyway. The biggest key is nailing your interview prep and getting up to speed on the tools sales teams use. You can learn how to use them on youtube/online. Common standardized ones are Salesloft, Outreach.io, salesforce, hubspot. Get familiar with smaller tools to increase your tool belt as well like... Source: 11 months ago

  Another solution to this problem is relaying through services which will do the heavy lifting for you (this was been discussed in the original thread, here and in the article I wrote).   Sure. I have an account with mailgun, though I have heard good things about sendgrid as well. It costs me $35/mo, but I use the account as part of the management of a phpbb forum I host, but I have a patreon for that that covers the expenses.
