   Upwork is unmatched

   Although this app, sometimes gets me to my worst... I think it's only fair to call them the best work from home site.

You can use job platforms like http://arbeitnow.com, or the monthly “Who is hiring thread” on Hackernews, or LinkedIn jobs, etc. With tech jobs (e.g software engineering), many companies don’t require knowledge of German and some of them also help with relocation as well.
