It is possible, but it also depends on your field and qualifications. I can only say for tech, in case anyone else reading this is interested. You can use job platforms like http://arbeitnow.com, or the monthly “Who is hiring thread” on Hackernews, or LinkedIn jobs, etc. With tech jobs (e.g software engineering), many companies don’t require knowledge of German and some of them also help with relocation as well. I moved to Berlin in 2018 and since then, I have built a job board that can help you do that - https://arbeitnow.com. Source: about 3 years ago

I'd love to integrate some sort of salary scale into my job board [1] - this seems difficult since there's no open data for it. For this, I'd love if companies shared salary information, or I could parse it from text in a reliable way. Any thoughts? [1] - https://arbeitnow.com/. - Source: Hacker News / over 3 years ago
My job board has only open positions from the past month. The system automatically discards older jobs and prunes jobs that's been open for too long as well. Appreciate any feedback! Source: over 3 years ago
Something that caught the attention of all technical calls was my jobs board. It was on the top of my resume and everyone opened it on their screens during the interview. Thankfully it didn't crash. - Source: dev.to / over 3 years ago
A bit of a rant on how much Lighthouse / Core Web Vitals affect organic rankings on Google and how it changes without notice. For my job board, I've been affected by this twice because of how LCP works. Sure, I could get on the beta or canary and try to fix it or beat the system just like above but it's such a race between us and them. Source: over 3 years ago
There are discord and slack servers that have jobs channel. You have to look at a specific community (reactflux for react community, etc). This is where I share jobs from my job board just like others do. Sometimes there are recruiters from the company directly sharing it too. Source: over 3 years ago
When writing migrations, if you've come across an error specified key was too long; max key length is 3072 bytes, this might help you as it did when I faced this issue on my job board. - Source: dev.to / over 3 years ago
If anyone is looking for a different job board to find jobs in Germany, take a look at this. I'd love to hear feedback! https://arbeitnow.com. - Source: Hacker News / over 3 years ago
My Laravel project has an elasticsearch query to fetch all records created in the last hour. - Source: dev.to / almost 4 years ago
Automating deployments for your Laravel 8 project (or any other version) on your dedicated or shared hosting sounds daunting at first. I have been at that place. For my job board back when I launched it, I started looking at tools that I could use for deployment for free. If you don't have a budget, or you're keen on learning how to deploy automatically or you like setting up things yourself, this is a decent option. - Source: dev.to / almost 4 years ago
