  Another Obsidian alternative which I use every day is Anytype[1]. It's fully open source however under their own license which has some interesting terms to discourage commercial adoption. They seem to be very focused on individual use. The user experience is similar to Notion with some subtle differences, but overall very positive.   Using make.com, or any other automation tool, I can watch for the creation of a new record in a table. These will be "user" or "contact" records.
