I use And Notes. Ideal for journalling. And it also has a feature called repeatable notes which allows you to track recurring events, like going to the gym, having a coffee, or cooking a meal. And Notes has the option to create Repeatable notes. I have a bunch of routine tagged notes, which I marked as Repeatable. So each time I complete the routine note I add a repeat event and attach a new note to it with an image! It gives you very awesome overviews of everything you have done.
