Blitzz provides users a user-friendly solution for remote video inspections and customer support over live video without an app download. Customer Support techs can remotely see a customer’s equipment and use Blitzz to diagnose and solve the problem remotely. Use advanced features like markup images to collaborate on solutions and get tips about where they could get stuck while doing repairs. Blitzz is deeply integrated with CRMs and ITSMs like Salesforce, Zendesk, and ServiceNow.

What I like the best about Blitz is that it is an interactive and user-friendly interface. It’s hassle-free to use and understandability isn’t an issue. Its customer service is above par with prompt support option to walk you through any problems that you may face, which is highly unlikely given my experience with it.
What makes Blitzz perfect for us is that we're able to send a link to a customer for tech support, and they're able to instantly jump on a video call without having to download or install anything. As our customers are not always tech savvy, not educating them on a new tool allows us to meet them on their level, increasing our likelihood of helping them resolve their issues.
