"Beautiful and easy to use for video support App"
What makes Blitzz perfect for us is that we're able to send a link to a customer for tech support, and they're able to instantly jump on a video call without having to download or install anything. As our customers are not always tech savvy, not educating them on a new tool allows us to meet them on their level, increasing our likelihood of helping them resolve their issues.
👍 Pros: I love that i can send a link over sms/whatsapp and tell someone to open it in chrome and just know that it will work. i have had almost no issues with the service in the several years that i have used it. my clients have found it easy to connect, and the screen share has been vital to my remote business.👎 Cons: To be honest nothing! i think they should do a little more marketing, people don't know about them much! except that all looks good and okay for me!
