It seems like, you might have more luck with books than with trying to piece things together from bits and pieces on websites - I possibly don't know any books about Sumerian mythology, sorry, but searching your local library or alibris.com (because Amazon are crooks) might get you something that'll give you a general idea of what archaeologists know about Sumer and its mythology, and give you somewhere to start... Hey a little later to the party here but I'm really enjoying this. I started reading a book with it and while I agree with others it's not great for grammar it certainly shows me many new words without requiring me to read at a glacial pace. PS: You should def try to include some books from https://standardebooks.org/ which are much nicer formatted than the ones you're using from Project Gutenberg.
