Agenda Reviews

  1. Pretty but SO limited

There's no Find and Replace option. Even Apple Notes can do this. It is hard to navigate. Maybe it is just good for people who are project managers, but I need to manage my whole life.

    🏁 Competitors: Apple Notes
👍 Pros:    Responsive support team|Friendly and safe community
    👎 Cons:    Some missing features

  • The case for an Agenda-Oriented UpNote: drawing inspiration from competitors
While exploring similar apps in the market (I recently got an iPhone XS), I stumbled upon two competitors that caught my attention: Agenda (https://agenda.com/) and Noteplan (https://noteplan.co/). Both these apps offer some remarkable features that, if integrated into UpNote, could take it to the next level. Allow me to share my thoughts and ignite a productive discussion within our user community. Source: 11 months ago
  • Note Taking Solution for Information Overload!
Specific solutions would vary based on what OS you use. If you use a Mac, I would strongly suggest looking at NotePlan. Agenda is a competitor and Mac only as well. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Are subscriptions the doom of the tech sector?
Subscriptions for simple usage only make sense for a true service with an ongoing cost to the provider; cloud storage, email, movie streaming, etc. A subscription for a general-purpose application is incongruous; you’re purchasing a finished product with no ongoing costs, like a pair of shoes or a book, and it should cost a one-off fee that reflects the cost that went into producing it. The best model I’ve found is the Cash Cow model, as explained by the folks behind the Agenda app. Source: over 1 year ago
  • This is why I always come back to using Apple Notes over everything else.
I also tried Agenda which looked like a great alternative to noteplan, but it didn’t really “click” for me. The app is really well made and polished, and the developer actively maintains it, but still the way it works doesn’t tick my boxes. Source: over 1 year ago

Check out Radiooooo it’s like pandora but you choose a country, a decade, and a vibe (slow/fast/weird). Source: 11 months ago
  • IIL Jingly African Electric Guitar Music
Oh wait, there’s another app for that called radioooo you can select a country and a decade. I’d try Nigeria in the 80’s, Zaire in the 70’s and 80’s and Ghana around then too. Oh and South Africa as well, though that will be more horns and electrics. Source: 12 months ago
  • cool apps/sites to use for finding obscure music.
Hey y'all, I usually dig around for random obscure stuff in second hand record stores, but recently have been using radiooooo.com to give me a random track from a country and decade of my choice. it's awesome so far and I've found some really cool stuff, but I was wondering if there are any other services or apps people in here use to find obscure music. • Jude Pullen created this globe that plays live radio stations from all over the world.
In the same spirit you have radiooooo where you can chose a country + a time period and you get a nice playlist. I've Discovered Amazing song on it. Source: about 1 year ago
