Right now I'm using services like Chatfuel.com and Adexpresso with FB ads, however, my conversions aren't great and I've gotten banned a handful of times. Twitter and Linkedin ads have also been hit and miss. I've also signed up for a couple of beta releases of ad networks on the blockchain (Primelabs, et al.). So on the waitlist for those. The userback.io link appears to relate to the site's hovering "feedback" button on the side, which may be regarded by some as an annoyance, though I'd only block it if it doesn't otherwise remove the feedback function on the site. The other three unblocked URLs are all neccessary for the page to load properly along with many other sites on the internet. Source: almost 2 years ago
