• Can anyone that has Spectrum log into their account?

  You can update your login information (same as spectrum.net info), don't use WPS, and if you notice anything immediately suspicious, it's best to cut everything off until you can figure things out, which usually a simple factory reset would resolve granted nothing has been really screwed up.
