   Although this app, sometimes gets me to my worst... I think it's only fair to call them the best work from home site.

This does not include any marketing fee, you need to factor grab/driving fee to fetch clients around for viewings, coffee fee for initial meetups, social marketing (each lead can cost 50-100), printing of flyers, marketing...
