  Some suggestions: As long as you don't have a need for drag/drop functionality (or any functionality that requires mouse movement to be in sync with the html/css renderer) I would suggest the Embedded Browser. If you need a html/css based solution with good performance, for example if you have alot of interactivity between unity and the ui, you don't have much options.
