  • Vim Color Schemes
The one I use is from this repo: https://github.com/chriskempson/base16-vim, which is built on the "base16 system" https://github.com/chriskempson/base16. - Source: Hacker News / about 2 years ago
  • Vim Color Schemes
I'm a huge fan of the base16 color schemes - not for their appearance (though most look great), but for their ease of integration within the shell and vim. Just clone the repos below, drop a few lines in your shellrc/vimrc, then use a single bash command to change the scheme in both. No mucking more mucking with Xresources. https://github.com/chriskempson/base16-shell https://github.com/chriskempson/base16-vim. - Source: Hacker News / about 2 years ago
  • Vim loses theme when not opened through terminal
I want to have a consistent theme between my terminal and vim so I use Base16 Shell and Base16 Vim. But whenever I open vim without typing it in the command line, ie through dolphin or ranger or vifm the theme gets lost and turns into the blue mess. Source: over 2 years ago
  • Theme Help!
If none of those interest you, check out base16. There are tons of colorschemes in that repo, one will probably suit your fancy. Source: over 2 years ago
  • Use base16 styling or Vim themes?
Just use the matching base16-vim theme. Https://github.com/chriskempson/base16-vim/. Source: about 3 years ago
  • Hello there, any idea so I can switch between dark and light color in vim seamlessly? The problem is...
Kitty-theme-changer or base-16/base16-vim might be worth a look. Source: about 3 years ago
