  Something not many people seem to know is that the by far largest online encyclopedia are Chinese. Baike Baidu has over 22 million articles at the time of writing, while Baike.com apparently has at least 18 million (you can use Chrome's translation feature to navigate the sites).   I tried briefly if it is possible to bypass using a Chinese cellphone number, but unfortunately it is impossible now. It is possible to get a virtual cellphone number. It is usually not a free service, and I haven't use any. Thus, I cannot give you a recommend. Just be careful for fraud sites if you want to get one.
