We're all in agreement that last.fm x spotify is getting worse, but this week it's been horrendous.

Last.fm

Unfortunately, I don't think you can import last.fm data. Stats.fm is largely based around spotify, which isn't a problem for me (I mean, given that this whole post is complaining about spotify support). Stats.fm is, in many ways, less fleshed out, but it has the essentials sorted out (To a greater degree than last.fm – it's been tracking without fail these past months) and seems to be actively developed (judging from their public! Code (that anyone can contribute to)). For the 6$ one time purchase of plus, you can import all your historic Spotify data.

Edit 2: Was going through stats.fm's Reddit. This is a proper example of how to communicate with the community, not the "uhh it's spotify's fault *3 years later* still investigating!" of last.fm.
