I've asked it to add testing. I've also found that it know how exact APIs work. Eg I asked to get me some weather data for my location and it pointed out http://openweathermap.org and told me the API calls I needed to make (and they worked).

Nope. Just go to http://chat.openai.com register and ask a question, it will give you all the relevant parts for what ever language you want eg PHP, ruby. It will give you the code. If you don't know how to run it, just ask ChatGPT it will tell you everything. It's nuts. If you get an error, paste the error into the chat box and chatgpt will tell you how to fix it. Copy and repeat. It's pretty cool.
