Setup your own ad-supported audiobook streaming service (or if you don't know anything about programming) just use SoundCloud) and link it to your Patreon page. Other than SoundCloud (that I recommend) there are tons of cheap services or docker headless servers for PODCAST streaming with ads. Your audiobook is nothing but a huge podcast, so you get tons of cheap options. Just look for podcasts streaming solutions with ads.
