My manager said those that work less than 50 hours/week are coasters, is working 55hrs+ weekly the key to progression?

Otter Voice Notes Notion

As a PM, I ensure my time (and my team's) is spent wisely by following some basic rules/methods: 1. Make sure meetings are run correctly, have a set plan/timeframe, I've properly prepared for them and make sure they don't run over, 2. I use otter.ai and notion.so for task management and meeting notes so that I don't waste time at the end of my block of meetings trying to remember what was discussed in meetings and any action items that came of it (this also ensures that I can pay attention and run the meetings properly by not having to worry about taking notes during), 3. I use a kanban-style task management system that is personalized for my way of working and I ensure that I move my to-do tasks from "in progress" to "complete".
