Where do people host podfics?

For my podfics, I use pinecast.com, which doesn't have much a free version unfortunately, but it does have the advantage of being able to put my podfic on Spotify and embed a streaming player on the ao3 page from that. (Here's how that looks on my podfic's page: https://archiveofourown.org/works/39825363/chapters/99709704).

Archive.org

Some other podficcers on ao3 use archive.org. It's also free and has an embed player feature, but personally I don't much care for it, aesthetically.
