WinSCP is an open source free SFTP client and FTP client for Windows.
I highly recommend looking into a few panels like amp or pterodactyl it'll make life a lot easier for you. As for your issue specifically, ensure your running the right version of Minecraft (forge 1.19.2 for example) then open an SFTP client like winscp enter your credentials, find your Minecrafts "mods" folder and upload the mod jars you wish to use. If its a mod-pack you may need to extract the jars manually.
