  There are game server panels like AMP and Pterodactyl Panel which obfuscate the actual server commands pretty well and offer the features you are talking about, with robust community support that allows them to go beyond just Minecraft. It might be a bit more difficult than a click-to-run desktop app, but I'd argue anyone who can't follow the install guide for either of those tools probably won't be able to run...   Make a VM on your computer and install Debian. Set up the network switch so your VM can talk directly to your router. Install Pterodactyl or a panel of your choice, install a webserver, and allow other admins access to it (via HTTPS, and the cert must be valid for Pterodactyl).
