I read that they are having money problems. They didn't used to be bad. But one of the investors pulled out- sold a lot of stock, which sent their stock price down & the value of the company down. I would not order from them now. I read hundreds of very bad reviews on trustpilot.com, reviews.io & the experiences are horrendous. It is very difficult to get a customer service response from them. If you have a problem, I would take it up with your credit card company so they can get your money back.
