If I ping an external site (8.8.8.8, xfinity.com, google.com) I tend to get 1-5% packet loss. Viewing some of those sites in my browsers (Firefox, Chrome, et al.) also generates a ERR_SSL_BAD_RECORD_MAC_ALERT error. Hard refreshing occasionally gets the pages to load, but they load slowly/crawl.
