You can get lots of sound effects and backgrounds at freesound.org. The only danger there is getting lost in all of the choices. I've also got stuff from YouTube in the past; it's pretty easy to do that. I use a program called "Any Video Converter" (also free) to download from YouTube and convert to audio only. Watch for copyrights on YT though.

  2. Interactive library of high-quality, legal audio downloads
For the SFX and background audio, I'm mainly using https://freesound.org/ and https://freemusicarchive.org/. For some of the ambiance, if I'm sitting somewhere with interesting sounds, I'll just record it on my phone or with a small recorder I occasionally carry.

Thanks and you're welcome ^^ As far as I know most VA's get the artwork either from pixiv.net, picrew.me (it's basically a website where you can find some presets for characters and play with the options a bit in order to get the look you want), maybe some other platforms or they even commission the artwork. Though most of the bigger VA's have their artwork commissioned because it's the safest and easiest way for them to avoid any copyright issues. Many artists don't like when their artworks are being used without permission or they straight up don't allow to use them at all, so it's always a risk if you just use someone's artwork and link it in the description without asking beforehand.
