Shut it down and move on to another group of players. Be very honest during the session 0 of your expectations with the new group. My suggestion is to move to a virtual table top (like roll20.net) where you will find hundreds of eager players. Not all are great, but at least you're not stuck with some shit heads from your local area that have absolutely no respect for your time.
