    Absolutely. Just set up a version-control repository. Git with GitHub and GitHub Desktop is about as simple as it gets. Note that this will not be "live" and will require some orchestration between you three to work nicely with scenes. There are, supposedly, some real-time assets on the Asset Store, but I've never heard anything good about them, and have never used any myself.
