Is that home for sale? What is it worth? Where can I find foreclosures? Stop wondering!

I have the skills to create one and have done it before, but not sure I have time, so I've posted a job on Upwork. I am not confident in any of these people. Some of these people are sending me websites like zillow.com and coldwellbanker.com claiming they built them. LOL, I doubt it. Many of them have the same websites listed and I am not sure how they all could have built the same sites! Oh my gosh, this has been so hard, I feel Upwork is full of scammers now and listing sites they think are pretty and claiming they built them.

Coldwell Banker is an American real estate company that provides services related to properties, rental apartments, homes, and commercial properties.
