Anyone else's Spotify getting really lazy with their Daily Mixes?

Last.fm hearthis.at Every Noice at Once
  1. The world's largest online music service. Listen online, find out more about your favourite artists, and get music recommendations, only at Last.fm
I use Spotify mostly for oldies that are still in print for in my phone when I'm out and about, as I don't drive and use public transit, and I normally just pick several favourite old albums as I think of them. They're there about 50% of the time. For discovering new music I don't use spotify. I go for freebie bandcamps, mixcloud, hearthis.at, and sometimes jango radio, but jango is about 10 years behind the times. I've found the best source is to use last.fm (a lot of banning there too) for the sole reason that it can handle DIY cassette culture, freebie bandcamps, and netlabels, which are more my focus. There are entire genres that are missing from Spotify because the big three record companies are too snobby to even consider them. Synthwave anyone? How about breakbeat from 30 years ago? If it's not an album it doesn't exist. Phew. When I scrobble to last.fm, it's set to find them on Spotify, and roughly 90% of my scrobbles are not on Spotify.
