Yes it's better. You probably have to look for typing special characters with 2 fingers. Also you can get faster with 10 finger. I would rather recommend to use typingclub.com.

Yes, for comfort, if you will type a lot. 100 wpm with two fingers is probably quite a stressful thing where as with 8 fingers it looks very relaxed. To cope with two fingers, you probably move your hands and wrists a lot. For an extended time that is not good. I doubt you can keep that speed for a long time. You can try typelit.io and try to type a short book like the art of war. You will most likely see that your speed plummets after a few pages.
