I use a combination of Reastream VST ( https://www.reaper.fm/reaplugs/ ) sending audio from master channel And the same plug-in in OBS ( https://obsproject.com ) put in the Filters section of an audio source there. After that I set its monitor through the free VB audio cable (link was higher) and set it as an audio source in Discord.
